Welcome to Halpin Early Childhood Center! My name is Tealisha Riley, and I am proud to serve as the Principal of Halpin ECC and to be part of this community. This is my third year serving the Halpin ECC community, and I love everything about it. It is an honor to serve as the principal and partner in your child’s earliest school experiences. At Halpin ECC, we believe every child deserves a joyful, nurturing environment where curiosity is celebrated, high expectations are the norm, and a strong sense of school pride begins from day one. I am deeply passionate about supporting our youngest learners as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and about empowering our dedicated teachers, to create meaningful, engaging experiences for every child. Together with our families, we are building a strong foundation for lifelong learning, one child at a time.
